1. Shipping Coverage
At this time, Simoryt only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders may require additional verification before shipment if necessary for payment or security purposes.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
To help ensure timely processing:

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day will begin processing that same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that the cut-off time applies to order processing only and does not guarantee same-day shipment.

Carrier selection may be adjusted when necessary due to operational requirements or delivery restrictions while maintaining a comparable level of service.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal.

Orders under $30.00: Flat shipping fee of $5.99
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
8. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Simoryt is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

11. Taxes and Customs Duties
Domestic Orders (United States)
Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import charges.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated during checkout in accordance with applicable laws.
International Orders
Although Simoryt does not currently offer international shipping, if international shipping becomes available in the future:

will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not controlled or collected by Simoryt.
12. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Delivery cannot be completed
the order may be returned to our facility.
Reshipping the package may require payment of additional shipping charges.
